Friends of the Library Museum Pass Program

The Friends of the Library Museum Pass Program, sponsored by the Friends of the West Hartford Library, provides passes to area museums and attractions. The pass program requires patrons have a valid West Hartford Public Library card.

You may reserve a Museum Pass (with your valid WHPL card) up to 30 days in advance:

The museums provide only one pass to us, therefore we are unable to offer pick-up at the branches.

One pass per person per day Patrons are limited to one (1) museum visit per day. Reserve up to 30 days Passes may be reserved up to one (1) month ahead of the visit on a first come, first-served basis.
Pick up day of use Passes are to be picked up and returned the day of use to the Children's desk at the Main Library. Online reservation cancel Online Museum Pass reservations may also be cancelled electronically. Click here to cancel your online reservation.
