West Hartford's How-To Festival 2018

West Hartford's second-annual How-To Festival is Saturday, March 24, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM at the Noah Webster Library, 20 South Main Street, in West Hartford Town Center.

Over 2,000 people are expected to attend this community event, featuring local experts, enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professionals sharing their particular passions with others.

Over thirty presenters will share information on gardening, quilling, fly fishing, vegan desserts, meditation, pottery making, cake decorating, belly dancing, and more. There will be music throughout the day, and tea provided by The Green Teahouse.
