LUCY FERRISS’ new novel, THE LOST DAUGHTER, is the haunting story of a long-buried secret finally come to light. As a teenager Brooke O’Connor made a decision that would change her life forever. It resulted in the loss of a child, the loss of her high school sweetheart and the loss of her own innocence.  Years later, when circumstances force Brooke to confront her past, she believes she may have found a way to heal old wounds, and perhaps, to atone for her mistakes.

Lucy Ferriss has been writing fiction, poetry and literary criticism for many years.  In addition to five previous novels and a collection of short fiction, she has also published a work of literary criticism and dozens of short stories, poems, articles, essays and book reviews.  She has two sons and teaches at Trinity College in Hartford.  www.lucyferriss.com.
