Programs Committee
The library's Program Committee, which meets several times a year, develops library programs in the following categories:
Library-Produced Programs are both developed and/or presented by the library staff (ex. children's storytimes, book discussions, classic films, author talks, etc.).
Library-Partnered Programs are educationally-based, non-profit programs selected by the library's Programming Committee. The library will provide meeting room space to presenters at no charge and will list affiliated programs on its monthly online calendar. Presenters will sign a contract with the library indicating their program responsibilities, including basic publicity, room set-up/break-down, and introductions. Library staff will review content and planning to assure quality. Program contact information will be directed to the program's presenter.
Click to submit your program idea online. The library appreciates all program ideas, but please be aware that the Programming Committee receives more ideas for programs than can be used.
