Login Instructions:

You must have a West Hartford Library Card to access Learning Express from
home.

First Time Users

1. Click on "New User".
2. Enter West Hartford Library barcode for Username.
3. Enter password of your own choice.
4. Verify your password and hit "Continue".
5. At the next screen, select West Hartford Public Library and hit "Update".

Returning Users

1. Click on "Returning User".
2. Enter library barcode for Username.
3. Enter password and hit "Continue".
