Teen Iron Chef Competition, December 2011
Competitors had spinach, romaine lettuce, apples, pears, mushrooms, tomatoes, goat cheese, cheddar cheese, several different types of nuts, oils, vinegars and mayonaise to create their dish. And the secret ingredient was kale!
