Learning English

ESOL Classes in the library

Due to COVID 19, the Practice English program that formerly took place on Saturdays at the Faxon Library is on hiatus.

Currently, there are limited opportunities for virtual ESOL instruction through the library. If you are a speaker of a language other than English and you would like to attend a class via Zoom to learn or to practice English, please contact Pramod Pradhan, Community Engagement Librarian, at the Faxon Branch Library at (860) 561-8204.

There are also opportunities for volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering to virtually teach ESOL classes, please contact Pramod Pradhan at the number shown above.
