News & Updates

  • Libby App Users: If you are having app issues, you may need to re-enter your library card in the app under Manage Cards. If you continue to have issues, call us at 860-561-6990.
  • WHPL (LCI) App: We are expecting the app to be ready soon and will send out an announcement when it is live.

Click below to log into your account and start exploring!* Over the next several days, we will continue to add features that improve your experience while searching the catalog and managing your account.  

*PLEASE NOTE: The first time you log in to the new catalog, you will need to reset your Passcode (formerly PIN). See instructions below. 

Reset Your Passcode (formerly PIN) 

  1. From the library catalog, click Log In in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Click Reset Password
  3. Enter your barcode (the 14-digit number on the back of your library card) and click Send Passcode Reset Link
  4. You will receive an email from no-reply@iiivega.com with a passcode reset link. Clicking the provided link will bring you to a page where you can reset your passcode.
